Terms of Service
These terms govern junk removal services provided by Junk Removal Queens. By booking service you agree to the terms below.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are free and based on the volume and type of items described. Final pricing is confirmed on site before any work begins. You may decline service at that point at no charge.
Items We Cannot Accept
We cannot remove hazardous materials including paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, fuel, or medical waste. Please disclose any such items when booking.
Scheduling & Cancellation
We provide arrival windows and will contact you if conditions such as weather require rescheduling. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.
Property & Liability
We are licensed and insured and take care to protect your property. Once items are loaded they are considered abandoned and cannot be returned.
